How long will it take to get my order?

We ship single shirts First Class with USPS and all packages Priority Mail from Rapid City, SD.  Please allow for 2 days processing, and 2-3 days mail time.  The post office doesn't guarantee but, most packages arrive within 2 days.

If you are local to Rapid City, RDKA will contact you and deliver your package directly to you.  If we can avoid the shipping, we will refund your shipping charge.

What methods of shipping are available?

All of our shipping is automaticly caluculated according to weight and shipping address by the United States Postal Service, and will be delivered either First Class or Priority Mail.  We ship the most economical way possible.  If you would like your item shipped faster, you can use our contact form or customer service phone number to change your shipping and we can make those arrangements.

Can RDKA Customize T-Shirts?

Because our designs are custom made BY US, the answer is of course YES.  We also have the ability to change the placement of our designs on the t-shirt.  Just let us know what you're thinking, I'm sure we can work out something you'll love.

Does RDKA have quantity discounts?

In order to offer the best prices we can, our profit margins are already very low, if your entire team (at least 20 girls) would like to order shorts or shirts... we can offer a 15% discount on the entire order.

Does RDKA sponsor roller derby teams?

How often do you pay the derby teams the comissions on their t-shirt sales?

It's not how often, it's how much! As soon as your team earns $45 we will send you a check!  Thats only 15 shirts.  RDKA will send you an update everytime one of your shirts is sold so you can keep tabs on the $$ you are earning.
